OUR AIM
The aim of our 6th-annual transradial intervention course (TRICO) is to offer a practical, interactive workshop that addresses the most common challenges of routine and complex coronary and peripheral transradial interventions.
We are excited that the radial approach - which has become the approach-of-choice in much of Europe, Japan, China, Canada, and many other countries - is finally becoming popular in the USA.
Here in India, over 25% of interventional procedures are performed through the radial route.
TRICO 2010 PROGRAM
This year’s TRICO will cover TRI basics as well as complex interventions. We will also demonstrate the use of IVUS and the Rotablator through the radial route.
Live demonstrations by our team, and local and international guest faculty members, will address the radial-puncture technique, passage-related issues, radial-artery and subclavian-artery loops, catheter manipulation, coronary-artery cannulation, and post-procedure management.
Cases will include subsets of coronary and peripheral procedures. And, to reassure you that the radial approach can be used with 95% or more of patients, we’ll show you a few live “exotic” cases.
Our highly-interactive format allows beginners and experts alike to create or grow a transradial program of their own.
SPECIAL ANGIO CD PRESENTATION
As a TRICO 2010 participant, you will enjoy an angio-CD presentation where delegates will discuss their most challenging cases with our expert faculty members. Don’t forget to send your own challenging cases.
See you at TRICO 2010!
