Shah,  India Total Cardiovascular Solutions  — TCVS — is a select group of highly-trained and skilled interventional cardiologists who work out of three hospitals in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India: Krishna Heart & Super-Specialty Institute, SAL Hospital & Medical Institute, and Sheth V.S. General Hospital. They have performed over 25,000 transradial interventions; over 98% of their cases are performed through the radial approach. At present, they are participating in six international clinical trials. The TCVS partners include:  Dr. Tejas Patel and Dr. Sanjay Shah. • Dr. Tejas Patel and the TCVS group began sponsoring TRICO (Transradial Intervention Course) in 2005. TRICO has been held annually in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India since then.
